M.C. McIntosh writes young adult fantasy. She enjoys a steady diet of caffeine, fine-point pens, and the tales of others. She holds degrees in English Literature and African & African-American Studies, and Information Studies.

Though she’s been filling journals for years, won several national-write-a-novel-months, and a couple writing contests, her first novel, When the Sword Sings, was published in 2022.
